QWAN KI DO
The Italian structure of Qwan Ki Do is directed by Maestro Roberto Vismara 8th Dang who in 1981 established the Italian Qwan Ki Do Union and which operates on the national territory. For its Italian practitioners, Qwan Ki Do, Sino-Vietnamese Kung Fu, is not just a motor activity but a true educational method of the body and mind and not just for the younger ones. It is this educational value that has ensured that the practitioners of our Martial Art faithfully relive the concepts that have made the "Decoubertian" sport famous. Anyone approaching the practice of Qwan Ki Do has the opportunity to study a Traditional Martial Art that has its roots in the history of Viet Nam and ancient China and which is disclosed in a traditional way. The practice of Qwan Ki Do helps to grow in harmony with one's body, to set achievable goals, to know one's limits and overcome them: man is at the center of the event, with his uncertainties and also his fears. Qwan Ki Do, Sino-Vietnamese Kung Fu, is also offered to the little ones and has a program aimed at psychomotor development and differentiated from the training offered to adults. The form of the game, the circuits and being in a group mean that the child, while having fun, thanks to an adequate propedeutic and didactic, learns more easily and can experience comparison and sharing, reaching the objectives serenely. Even for teenagers the practice of Qwan Ki Do promotes socialization, teaches respect for the rules, allows you to gain self-confidence and respect for others. The workouts favor perseverance and the development of the motor potential inherent in their age, consequently the acquisition of a greater awareness of one's own abilities is obtained. In this way the boys are able to face the difficulties by implementing different strategies, also managing to obtain an improvement in academic performance. Anyone approaching the practice of Qwan Ki Do has the opportunity to study a Traditional Martial Art that has its roots in the history of Viet Nam and ancient China and which is popularized in a traditional way by Master Roberto Vismara in Italy and in the world.
